My aim is to help busy, tired people reach their health goals and live happier, healthier lives. I work closely with my clients, listening carefully to their story to find out about their health issues, symptoms, current nutrition and lifestyle. Getting to know a client and developing an understanding of them helps me create a personalised approach that is completely tailored to them. implementing nutrition and lifestyle changes, gradually leading to long term improvements to their health. I believe in coaching clients and working together to improve food and lifestyle choices to restore their health and achieve a way of eating and lifestyle that is sustainable - it’s not about a short term, quick fix.
I work with clients whose health has been impacted by stress, which lets face could be anything but my particular areas of interest include stress management, mental wellbeing and digestive issues.
